So it’s pretty cool when someone learns how to create a website with Dreamweaver. They possibly even use a little Photoshop to perfect the graphics like a rockstar. Only problem is when they fail. You end up with a website design that people only want to come to because of how 1999 it looks. These folks could have really used some free Dreamweaver templates to at least create a website that doesn’t look like an old Nintendo game.
